Marcin is passionate about management and modern construction technologies. As a co-owner of the M3 System and QMODULAR brands, he leverages experience from a career in the construction industry, with a focus on production management. He is a pioneer within the Polish market in the field of design and application of modern construction technology with M3 System. Marcin’s professional experience includes that of a researcher, implementer, and marketer. He designed and developed hundreds of single-family houses in Poland, Ireland and Portugal. He is also the co-author and co-constructor of the Museum of the Crown of the Earth in Zawoja. He is the soul of the company and privately a lover of winter sports.

Graduate of the Cracow University of Economics, with a master's degree in economics in Marketing and Market Communication. He has many years of experience in setting up international sales and distribution networks, as well as marketing strategies, which he gained, among others, in the UK at a manufacturer of alternative fuels and biomass. He swims, sails and actively participates in regattas on his own catamaran. In winter, he spends every free moment on the ski slopes.

Paweł has many years of experience as a production director and construction engineer. He is responsible for controlling the proper and timely execution of development, coordinating the work of the team, preparing reports, and managing equipment, materials, and overseeing health and safety. He has developed office buildings, supermarkets, production halls, restaurants, houses and hotels on the water. Paweł earned a master's degree in land and water engineering from the Cracow University of Technology. He stays up to date with modular construction, newtechnologies, astrophysics and astronomy.

Production director with more than 20 years of experience in managing operational processes in production plants. He has successfully implemented and improved Lean Manufacturing methods in the areas of production, quality control and maintenance. During his career, he has been responsible for technology transfers and has successfully gained competence in ISO 9001 quality system management, ISO 14001 environmental management and occupational safety. By education, he holds a master's degree in materials engineering from the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków. Privately, he has a passion for crime literature.

Piotr is a graduate of the Cracow University of Technology, with 1st and 2nd degree studies at the Faculty of Architecture and Town Planning. He has ten years of experience in designing a full spectrum of residential and commercial buildings, including residential complexes up to 12,000m2 of usable floor space, single-family houses, warehouses and hotel facilities in well-known Polish resorts.

A graduate of the University of Economics in Katowice with a master's degree in Finance and Banking. In his over 20-year banking career, he was responsible for the bank's credit risk management dealing with SME, corporate and global customer segments. He ensures high efficiency and optimisation of processes, while providing strong support in achieving the Organisation's business objectives. In structured project finance processes, he ensures a balance in the safety of transaction for both the financial institution and the clients. He is willing to share his knowledge and experience. His life passion is chess. In the past, he was a member of the Polish national chess team.

Graduate of the Cracow University of Economics, with a Master's degree in Corporate Finance and Accounting, which she studied in English. Her professional career at QMODULAR began as a Financial Analyst, where she demonstrated particular meticulousness and analytical insight into the company's finances. She was then promoted to the position of Accounting, Human Resources and Administration Manager. Her leadership skills and experience in team management have contributed to increasing the efficiency and optimisation of the company's departments. She is interested in high fashion, fashion design and sketching.

Automotive enthusiast. He has been working at QMODULAR for 5 years, where he started his career as a Warehouse Manager and was later promoted to the position of Logistics Director. After obtaining a diploma from the Cracow Business School at the University of Economics, he took a career path as Controlling and Strategy Manager, a position he currently holds. His main responsibilities include: controlling and analysing key financial and operational indicators, working closely with the management on financial and business strategy planning and implementing a project management programme. He is a graduate of Mechanical Engineering at the AGH University of Science and Technology.
