The modules were built using state-of-the-art modular technology, in our factory located near Cracow. Each module is built from a robust steel structure, and the efficient assembly process allows the installation of approximately 50 m² of modules per hour.
Modular construction offers numerous benefits to the education sector, including schools and kindergartens. The most commonly mentioned advantage is the significantly shorter lead time compared to traditional construction. Due to the production of the building in a factory, the construction process can take place simultaneously in several stages, thus reducing the overall project duration. Time efficiency is key to meeting the growing demand for an educational structure. Educational facilities can easily personalise and adapt floor plans and room layouts to accommodate different types of classrooms, administrative spaces or recreational areas. What’s more, modular structures can be expanded and modified as required, allowing educational institutions to adapt to the changing needs of students and educators.
Modular schools – specification
Public institutions usually have strictly defined construction budgets, making modular buildings an unbeatable option, as the construction costs that are borne by the developer are defined from the outset and do not change. Rigorous, factory-controlled production processes ensure consistent quality of all modules. This durability translates into long-term benefits for schools and nurseries, as they are built to withstand a variety of weather conditions and maintain structural integrity over time. The 100-year guarantee on the steel structure of the modular school in Żabia Wola exemplifies the commitment to providing a reliable and sustainable educational environment that will allow education for generations to come.
Advancing Sustainable Building Practices and Environmental Impact Reduction
Modular construction promotes sustainable practices that impact the environment. Off-site manufacturing minimises material waste, optimises energy consumption and allows for better integration of green building technologies. Additionally, modular buildings can be dismantled and relocated, reducing the need for new construction and minimising carbon emissions.
The advantages of modularity, including rapid construction, flexibility, cost-effectiveness, quality and environmental sustainability, make it an attractive choice for educational institutions looking to optimise their infrastructure and provide a better learning experience for students.
